is an Android phablet smartphone developed and produced by Samsung Electronics. The Galaxy S6 Edge+ was unveiled alongside its brother, the Galaxy Note 5, during a Samsung press conference in New York City on 13 August 2015.
It is a larger variant of the Galaxy S6 Edge, featuring a 5.7-inch 1440p display wrapped around the curved sides of the device. Its overall specifications are nearly identical to the standard S6 Edge, with upgraded to 4 GB of RAM and a 3000 mAh battery. Its software features additional features, such as "Apps Edge" (which allows users to swipe from the side of the screen to access shortcuts to frequently-used applications) and live video streaming to YouTube.
